St. Patrick's Day Snacks - Leprechaun Hats & Lucky Juice

Last week I shared with you all some "Leprechaun Poop" - you can see the post HERE - which was part of a St. Patrick's Day Snack the Room Parents - me - put together for class. I'm here today to show you the complete snack set.
I made some "Leprechaun Hats" out of a clear plastic cup, black cardstock strip, gold pipe cleaner, and green cardstock circle. The grapes were placed inside of a food-safe plastic bag to protect them from any adhesive when sealing the green cardstock to the plastic cup.
I kept juice boxes simple and wrapped them in some patterned paper and added a plastic green straw. To the straw, I added a flag strip stamped with the "Lucky Juice" Sentiment made with my Jaded Blossom Spring Signs 2 Stamp Set.
Lastly, we added a St. Patrick's Day themed doughnut to a clear bag and tied it up with some gold curling string.
I hope this St. Patrick's Day Snack has inspired you to create your own.

Leprechaun Poop Treat Bags

Hello Everyone!
I'm back today to share with you all some treat bags I made last year but didn't get a chance to post.
The toppers were made with the SVG Cutting Files Ornate Card Base 3 folded in half. I used the SVG Cutting Files Chibi Leprechaun 2016 again, but only used the head this time. I gave him a Peachy Keen PK-146 Piles of Smile 1" - discontinued.
Used a My Craft Spot Flag Strip - no longer in business - to stamp the "Leprechaun Poop" Sentiment made using the Jaded Blossom Spring Signs 2 Stamp Set. Filled a 3x4 Clear Bag - I got mine at Jaded Blossom - with some Skittles and Gold Coins.
There were part of a St. Patrick's Day Snack us Room Parents put together. I will share details on the snack later this week or next. So be sure to come back.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on my LEPRECHAUN POOP - now available at the ScrappinCookie Etsy Store

Leprechaun Gold Nugget Trays

Hello ScrappinCookie Fans!
St. Patrick's Day is next week and I have some FUN treats that are prefect for Teachers, Co-Workers, Friends, etc.
These were actually made last year for a Jaded Blossom Challenge. I started off by making some nugget trays and filling them chocolate nuggets wrapped in some heavy Gold cardstock I found at Michaels. Slipped the trays in a 2.25" x 8" Clear Bag - I got mine from Jaded Blossom - and added a tag.
The tag was made using the SVG Cutting Files Ornate Card Base 3. I added an adorable little Leprechaun made using the SVG Cutting Files Chibi Leprechaun 2016. The face is from Peachy Keen PK-1531 Black Eyed Peachy Faces 1-1/8th.
I tucked in a Flag Strip from My Craft Spot - no longer in business  😩  - stamped with the "Leprechaun Gold" Sentiment made with the Jaded Blossom Spring Signs 2 Stamp Set.  I tied closed the bag with some ribbon, jute string and button.
I'd love you hear your thoughts on my LEPRECHAUN GOLD NUGGET TRAY - now available in the ScrappinCookie Etsy Store.
Be sure to come back soon to see more St. Patrick's Day projects.
Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!! - Classroom Treats

Hello Everyone!
Happy Read Across America Day!
A quick post today to share some fun treats and snacks I made for my son's 3rd Grade Class last year. I had the wonderful opportunity to be a Room Parent along with two other wonderful moms and was in charge for snacks and treats throughout the year during Holidays and Events.
We made some Dr. Seuss themed snacks and goodie bags. I filled each bag with a Bookmark, Pencil, and Eraser. The topper was a simple piece of cardstock folded in half and layered with some Dr. Seuss clipart I found online.
Each snack was inspired by a Dr. Seuss book and included a quote from the book. I made some "Hop on Pop" Popcorn filling a Gusset Bag with some Popcorn. Again the topper was a piece of cardstock folded in half and with some online images. Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures of the other snacks, but we made some "Green Eggs and Ham" Pretzel Bites and "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish" Snack Baggie
And some "The Lorax" Orange Juice. I found an image of the Lorax mustache online and was lucky enough to convert it to an SVG with my SCAL program. Before attaching to the straw, I added some elastic band to them so the kids would be able to wear them as well. Unfortunately, no picture again, but they were a BIG hit.
I hope I have inspired you with some ideas for your next Dr. Seuss Party.
